During my professional career as a trumpeter I have faced many method books. Most of them are good; the problem is finding the one best suited to oneself.
The idea for this method book occurred to me after hearing frequent complaints about boring everyday exercises. I therefore decided to compile a variety of warm-up and technical exercises for each day of the week. It is probably a little fanciful to use a systematic programme such as this in real life, but it does at least offer something different to choose from. I also added many alternative warm-up and technical exercises to provide further options.
These methods and exercises used by Jouko Harjanne also in his daily lessons. The book consists of 88 pages divided into 7 days. For each day of the week there are varied practice exercises.
